How to register with us
We know moving homes can be stressful
It’s important that you register with us as soon as you move in, that’s why we’ve made it quick and easy. We have three options for you to choose from based on your preferences. Simply select the one you prefer and register your account with us below.
While your home remains connected to the Network, and Ambient Energy continues to be made available to it, or Heating continues to be supplied to it, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Supply and have entered into your Contract with us.
Sign up for online portal
Use this option to create an online account where you can manage your account details, billing information and more through our online portal.

Sign up manually
Use this option to submit your details to Last Mile Heat and receive paper or email billing / information. You will not have an online account with this option.

Alternatively, you can call or email us directly to go through the sign up process. You will not have an online account with this option.
